A national commissioning rollout for Coles Smart Gates, delivered in partnership with Rollout Group across Queensland, New South Wales, the Northern Territory, Western Australia, and Tasmania. BTRANS coordinated directly with the builder and store teams across each state to deliver commissioning and defect reporting to a consistent standard, managing the complexity of a multi-state program with multiple stakeholders and tight store trading requirements.

An annual electrical safety audit program across educational campuses throughout South East Queensland. Each site received a full main switchboard inspection combining thermography and visual assessment, with written reports produced for every site detailing defects and prioritised rectification recommendations. BTRANS subsequently carried out main switchboard rectification works identified through the audits, providing an end-to-end audit and remediation service across the network.

A lower floor refurbishment and extension across two prep classrooms for a primary school, delivered with Citi Construct. Works included full strip out and refurbishment, feature LED lighting designed into a coffer ceiling, communications rack relocation, and a complete audio visual package, coordinated across the builder, architect, client, and school principal throughout.

A whole-building refurbishment across three classrooms for a primary school, delivered with Citi Construct. Works included full strip out and refurbishment, switchboard upgrade, communications rack relocation, audio visual package, and new breezeway, deck, and external lighting, coordinated closely across the builder, architect, client, and school principal from start to handover.

An office extension and facility upgrade for a crematorium, delivered with Iconic Construction. Works included the installation of an additional cremator, external and carpark lighting, and a new CommScope data solution integrating seamlessly with the facility's existing equipment and building infrastructure. The project required careful coordination to maintain facility operations throughout the construction period.

A design and construct fitout of a new staff room for a college, delivered with Andbuild. BTRANS managed the full electrical and data scope including workstation fitout, kitchen installation, and switchboard and communications upgrades, taking the project from design through to a fully functional, compliant space.

Works included full strip out and refurbishment, switchboard upgrade, and a complete audio visual package. Coordination across the builder, architect, client, and school principal was maintained throughout, with all documentation submitted cleanly at completion.
